I use NovaLauncher, my grid is set to 6x6, I used Muzei for the blurry background, it gives you control over darkness/blur and it gives a nice wallpaper scrolling effect, you can also set it to change wallpapers automatically. Zooper for the clock widget and the FG circle, Tasker if you want to automatically set a different fg image every few hours along with the BG wallpaper.
