>>1884183it's hard to go wrong with eureka seven as an intro to anime. a lot of the stuff on netflix is really good so finding something there would definitely be worth your time. it'd be pretty easy to get into fullmetal alchemist (either one works fine as there are two adaptations). as for recommendations not on netflix, crunchyroll has a lot of great shows with free streaming. for classics, i recommend either rurouni kenshin (samurai x) or GTO (great teacher onizuka). for more modern shows that are easy to take in, i suggest amagi brilliant park, is it wrong to try and pick up girls in a dungeon (yes that is the title), and gurren lagann. all of these shows can be found on either netflix or crunchyroll and the ones on crunchyroll that i mentioned do not require you to have a membership. if you prefer to watch a show in which they speak english instead of reading subtitles, you will either have to use netflix or search for another streaming site. i hope this helps.
