First of all, Are you already on 6.1.3 or no? Cause right now, its only Semi-Tethered. Where itll restart and boot, but you have to boot back into it with redsn0w for full functionality.
To start, do a restore on 6.1.3 for best results. And also download 6.0 since the utility is based for that firmware only, but the same bootrom hack is utilized. When redsn0w launches, go to extras>select ipsw and select 6.0 (IT WILL NOT JAILBREAK WITHOUT IT. IT WILL EITHER HANG AT THE JAILBREAK, OR FAIL AT DETECTING!!)
Now let it do its thing. But you're still not done. After the initial jailbreak and first boot, its gonna look like nothing happened. DON'T PANIC. Relaunch redsn0w and select the 6.0 ipsw. Then hit just boot, follow destructions on how to DFU and presto. Jailbroken on latest firmware.
Our Swedish buddy Aiko is doing the same thing with his 4. Now, its possible to downgrade, but thats another hassle that has WAY too many hurdles and settings to change.
