the lines on the face (cheeks) should be colored, the nose/nose shadow should be a fill, and there is one tiny outline by the bottom left side of the sweater that isnt connected to the outline of the leg.
I have no idea why you're getting so much criticism, you did a pretty solid vector while you were bored. Make the lines thicker and round a few edges, some may not agree with the method but i think its fine. /opinions
