I did a quick render in photoshop using only the magic wand with nothing extra done for comparison (
https://files.catbox.moe/955g9h.png). (It could use some touch-ups, especially around tight corners, and there are better and more time consuming ways that would get a better result.)
The image is large enough that unless it's zoomed in or on a big/high-resolution enough display your render should look mostly fine. But it's a good idea to put a high contrasting solid color behind it and zoom in to check for and spot-fix imperfections. A render for an image like this should never have 100% jagged edges and stray pixels like that. I'm not sure exactly what you did accomplish the complete lack of soft edges, but it's likely something you did while adding the apparent darker stroke/outline and, or something that didn't work out properly with different opacities, or something happened while saving the png.
