What I want to do is have 3 separate layers that I can work with in klwp, If you have the patience I've outlined how the layers should look very roughly, that way I can dim and brighten them. as clean and as close to the clouds/water/miku as you can manage. I'll share my file too afterwards, I just think this is a great pape to do it with. also I've had it enlarged once, can it go again and look even better?
