Personally, I have zero use for it (so my opinion is rather skewed), but I could, just maybe, see how someone who can't be bothered to even simply open Paint (let alone a proper image modification or vectoring program) and make a pape in that.
(pic is what I've been working on for almost two weeks now. Soon The Angel shall grace us with his awesome, overly detailed, teetering-on-the-edge-of-the-concept-of-minimalism glory.)
