>>1545308Man, you really chose an awfully hard picture for your first render. You don't need illustrator, you can plot pictures with photoshop's pen tool.
This is what I made of it. I tracked down the original image and used that, because the version you used was already stretched.
Keep in mind that I used a filter on it afterwards, to make it smoother.
