I think you should make all the ends of the line taper instead of some randomly being fat on the ends.
Feel free to fix things when you're vectoring, like wobbly lines or weird gaps, you don't and shouldn't replicate those kinda of things.
For the weird thin lines in the hair, I'd either make them thicker or remove them completely.
The eyebrows don't really look like they go together
