I've had this image for the longest time and i think you can make a wallpaper out of it but i never developed the skills to do so. You can render Gintoki, cut the other character frames to serve as a background with the proper wallpaper aspect ratio, remove the text, etc.
The hardest part would be redrawing parts of Katsura, Kondo and Sakamoto and their backgrounds too but maybe you can chop them up somehow with added black borders in a way that omits the parts you can't redraw.
Maybe it'd be easier to just vector all the characters than rendering them and putting them together into a wallpaper sized image?
If no one's willing to do any of that, i'd be happy with just a render of Gintoki.
