I have circled everything that needs fixing, besides the inconsistent lines.
For those I suggest that you make varying thicknesses by type of object. For examples:
* Hair should be thinnest
* Skin next thickest
* Then the sweater
* Finally the leater purse.
Your hands need to be reworked too - yes, they might be that bad in the image, but if you can, find another image soewhere with the hands in about the same positions, overlay them over your original image, and rework them in the layer.
