You have a white bleed acrossed the whole bottom of the image, not a huge issue but can be a problem.
You have a little white bleed on the top of the image.
You tip points look very round rather then a point, I'm guessing this is because you used strokes and did used the round cap corner and joints, they need to be points a simple way of doing that is not expand or outline the stroke and then go in and delete a point or two.
Folds on her neck just look bad at least round or point the tips.
Kinks in the eyes.
Lips look off because the lipstick is not covering all of her lips and just cuts off.
really funky highlights in the hair. you probably want to simplify them.
Again for the most part this looks good I just think it would look a lot better with the fixes.
