The only errors I can spot are the quality of the original picture's fault but if you want to fix them they shouldn't be too troublesome:
1 - The belt's gray should be replaced with the same white as the uniform.
2 - The pattern of her right boot could be modified to match the left one.
3 - This is a bit more of a hassle in my opinion; the eyepatch's shape. Check picture related for a reference.
Anyway, there's no need to fix all of that if you don't feel like doing so. I'm already glad you took the time to make this vector.
