Consistency - your lines are all over the place. Again: biggest offender is the face line. Try using the mouse width at specific zoom levels to help with this. Also be sure to make your nodes parallel to one another. Again: all of this is in the tutorials.
Connections - Your lines don't connect solidly with one another - either make longer, more connected lines, or be sure that, when you make a line, you hide one under another.
Tl;dr: Watch tutorial and redo the whole thing. It seriously needs it.
