The wayward hair piece just looks out of place, I'd probably just cut that off myself but that's just my preference.
>other thingsYou should make the blush as simple as possible. Just use one oval shape as a blurred object to draw it.
Overall this is pretty decent for a beginner. Try to focus on getting the curves down better like the eye. It should be smooth curve all the way around.
