Auto hot key is simple and hacky solution, however you will lose the ability to move your windows by removing the title bar. alt+drag is a great way to move your windows as an alternative to using the title bar.
You can also edit your window decorations in ave style builder (windows style builder). You just have to set the padding to 0 and manually photoshop them.
Finally, you can also try true transparency, which similar to bblean skin will draw over your window decorations with png images you create. Personally, I find it easier to just use Window Style Builder to meet this end.
