>>1697481>>1697482Basically what this guy said. Besides the obvious one on the left, you have one on the bottom right of the shoulder line and one by the neck. The easiest way to find them is to make a layer below your Lines layer that fills the whole background with a bright green. Then you can look for color leaks, and disconnected lines.
Also, since you are using Illustrator, you might have Smart Guides on (since it is on by default) which may be causing the snap to and making some of your lines not connecting completely. Most of the time you want that off, because it makes it difficult to make small adjustments as you are making lines. Try pressing Ctrl+U to toggle it on or off. You will know it is on when it highlights shapes as you hover over them with your mouse, and you see green text that says things like "path" or "anchor".
As for the parallel part, this is what it should look like in action. Minimal nodes, and then when used, parallel in both placement and handles.
