First, the icon pack and remove the icon labels (afterall, you can identify things only by the icons). Also reducing the amount of icons on the page and their size is a good idea.
Tip: glyphs by tokems is an icon pack that I think will suit very good.
Second, change the font and its blue color. I'd try something with tinnier lines, especially for the clock.
Third, the grey bars. Put some transparency on them and change for a more suiting color, like blue. Also the division looks weird. (pic related, I'd do something like this)
Forth, There's text on the image, try going to IMT and ask them to remove it. Will look much better.
