Worked on a white steam skin as cygwin was bothering me, well I never got something looking that good and without any bug.

All menus are hidden in the top black bar, revealed when hovered, but it's still a bit messy and I've only customized the library part so far. I may release the skin soon, and I'll do an entirely white version without the bar to fit white setups.
