Before today I never used the app I gonna tell you about, but I knew about its excistence.
It's called Popup Widget (from here on PW), you can find it here:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ss.popupWidget&hl=enIt costs $1.50, if you look around, you might find it somewhere [spoiler:lit]I paid for it just for testing purposes, but I'm not planning on requesting a refund, the app it's worth its price[/spoiler:lit].
It's pretty simple to use.
In the example in the picture, first I created a widget in PW and I choose a 1x1 Zooper Widget (ZW) (you can resize and style it later).
Then I placed a 1x1 ZW with just the icon for menu from Material Design icons. On the tapping options I went to shortcuts and I chose PW and selected the ZW I'd created in the beginning. Once you do that, you can go to your homescreen and tap the menu icon, the ZW's gonna appear on the screen, now you can tap it so you can stylize it and what not.
And as you can see, the only thing on screen it's the menu icon, but you can even place a transparent ZW.
