Mouth looks a bit flat, something a bit straighter and bit more bold seem like it would look better. Since it's just under her eyes which have a big perspective play, I think it'd look great if you made the line for the bottom lip a bit thicker then the top. The star shape in middle of her dress could be a bit more "solid" and less "flat" looking, again it's about sense of depth. The bands of her dress sticking out at her left arm, their shape don't make sense. The ones on the right look much better. Hope this helps.
