Assume she's 5.5 feet tall.
Heads are 1/8th total body height.
Chin to center of eyes is half a head.
So the cartridge length ought to be 132 percent of the chin-to-eye distance.
That makes it too fat to fit her mouth. Have to turn it point upwards and reverse the foreshortening.
