I would like the girl on the motorcycle to be edited to look like Kotobuki Tsumugi from K-ON.

2. Please change the girl's hair with Mugi's too. If you use the first image, change the hair color to be a bit wheat-like, like her canonical hair color.
3. Please add Mugi's blue bow on the girl's shirt as seen in the second image.
4. Please extend the top of the image with the third image. If it helps any, this screenshot is from Great Teacher Onizuka Episode 1 at 29:15.
5. Correct other imperfections as you see fit (for example the horizontal line just below her knees across the whole image).
6. If it's possible to improve the image quality while retaining that retro look, that'd be nice too.
