Requesting for someone to clean up the dirt and stains on this scan. You can see them most prominently on Rei's shoulder and collarbone (looks like a coffee stain), her upper arm, and around Asuka's breast. There's also a dark line on the left side of the image you can see most clearly on their hands.
This was admittedly run through Waifu2x (if the filename wasn't apparent), but only to clean it up. I think it did a good job at reducing the artifacts, but I'm not sure how popular Waifu2x is on this board, so here's the original:
