But damnit, I'm now able to notice these damn artifact-looking splotches on the PNG wallpapers that I'm making and it's unacceptable. I've got the resolution in Photoshop set right, so what am I doing wrong?
They look just fine in previews and photo viewers, so I figure it must have something to do with the way Windows applies wallpapers.
