Alright, got me some finished business here.
I screwed up on layers for the explosion and it took a long time to get it right so I could blur over the top.
Speaking of blur, Inkscape really, really, really didn't like the idea of me using so much blur; I tried to render at a higher resolution but Inkscape nearly crashed in the process so this is as high as it gets for now.
This is my second completed vector so I expect there to be a number of issues. Please point them out.
Also I'll post the .svg once any recommended changes are made.
