Anyways, sorry last thread to anons asking Qs.
The lockscreen uses Tetra Lockscreen + some image editing.
The homescreen uses Wiztiles, Custom Tiles Maker + trial & error for the image, and Name Group Of Tiles for the icons.
I put the icons as the first apps in a folder though, so the words are actually made up of 4 tiny tiles.
