All of the things circled in blue are all the thickness issues throughout the image. You have a lot of varying thickness throughout the lineart and many lumps. You need to make sure your nodes are parallel in placement and handles, and minimize the amount you use to reduce those lumps. The fingers are also pretty bad, but to be fair it is one of the more difficult parts. You really need to know where to place nodes and make the articulation noticeable. The fingernails are atrocious, but they are also in the original. Make the fingernail a separate object that goes past the finger line instead.
As for the coloring, it is major downgrade from the original. A lot of the shading from the original looks very messy, and you removed a lot of the hard shadows from the original that help give shape, such as on the underwear where all the folds should be, and for the skin. The phone is also a complete downgrade from the original, lacking lines for the camera and buttons as well as and shine on the buttons. The blur for the flash is also too strong, and does not have the softness from the original.
Lastly, the anti aliasing is very poor. Make sure you export with Type Optimized (Hinted) at 300 or 600 PPI.
