>>1428730if you mean that blotchy red crud from the lines on her top you probably will have to manually paint them out. That or attempt to remove the noise earlier on. The image itself appears to be a scan since there is a rough paper texture over the whole thing. So a smoothing pass might help clear it up. I recommend less un-sharp or sharpening since your starting to get halos on her ribbons. To get more black line you could do a layer to filter out only the lines in PS then place it ontop as multiply. The amount of work though might not be worth it though. EXP since the lines appear to be intended to be "not black"
