I only did part, the part with the hair.
I didn't adjust color in different sections. All filaments are the same color.
I don't have a tablet. Drawing with a mouse, so the curves may not be the smoothest.
When I was done, I masked off the image and reduced the mask a pixel or two so my tools affected only the boundary, and I blurred the edge 0.3 pixels.
Still, even in the small preview, I can see the hairlines.
