Did a bit more work on my VS, but I somehow made it that if the MenuBar is the the same 51,51,51 as everything else, then when a window with it is not focused, it has these dots on the MenuBar text.

I'm sure it has something to do with me changing every single BorderColorHint to 51,51,51. Good thing I make progress backups.
