Anyway, basically it goes like this: you tell rainmeter to show an image at an X,Y coordinate right? So resize all your vectors so they fit within that X,Y coord or whatever retail space you want to allow on your desktop.
Just layer it to be on bottom always, and make it so you cant move it. You can set it so when you click on a certain area (or on the image itself) it would cycle through the vectors.
Why do this and not use windows desktop slideshow you ask?
I dont know, actually. But its a thing you can do.
