Anyway, you have numerous areas of color peeking. Always put a bright color in the background to check for these areas. You also have numerous areas where colors are overlapping incorrectly. Play with layering so that the right colors go over and under the other.
There is very weird aliasing. There are consistent random blocks of black along all of the image. Are you doing this in a proper vectoring program like Inkscape or Illustrator?
