The biggest, is how parallel the one belt point I linked to - your lines should be THIS parallel throughout, but specifically, your lines for the belt itself, and how parallel they are should be followed in your frills, as well.
It's not that difficult to do:
* Make one CORRECT line for the frills.
* Copy that line
* PASTE the line above or below
* Trim out excess.
You also really need to work on your points for things - pencils and pens for images liek this don't get as sharp as they should, but as a vector artist, you don't have to follow them - instead, make the point nice and solid and secure, like the one I pointed you to (the "v" point" Use that as your guide.
Like JPGC, I think you might need to redo all your lines, to get them to look better, without having to fight with your current nodes...
