You'll also notice (I circled this too) there's this weird extra lined bit at the top of her hip, you can see it in your screencap. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be a water drop or not. And for that matter, the beads of water on them generally look kind of off too.
But in this you can see the general issues- rough, uneven linework, bad hands etc.
