I was also wondering- if you look at various parts of the girl, you can see a graininess that's probably a leftover from when it was scanned. It's most obvious in shadowed areas, particularly her crotch. Could you try cleaning this up across her body and clothes? I don't want to put much more on you, but I noticed you kind of did this in the shadowed area I mentioned.
