Beginning with the hair. Alright, so consistency is still all over the place. You did thicken the back hair lines, which is nice, but the longer hair lines, and the small parts of hair under the neck are not consistent, as well as some lines in the middle. I highlighted the major ones. I also gave two thicknesses that look good, or are seen the most through the rest of the image, so try to target that thickness.
Skin next. The mouth and ears are too thin especially when compared to the nose and the face line that you have. Concerning the face line, the thickness starts out okay (indicated by the arrow) but then gets too thin. So the reference for skin thickness is the beginning of that face line.
Clothes next. The thickness is really sporadic, especially around the collar, I highlighted a good example of thickness from one of the lines, so try to copy that throughout the rest of the clothes.
Even if you don't agree with my thickness choices, getting the thickness to be consistent all around will let you easily thicken or thin the lines later, so it is worth it. Good luck, and I hope it was useful.
