It's me again, I did some reading up and have a bunch of things to say, line width problems aside, there are some very big mistakes in your work, I listed the ones I deemed most important:
1) This line got wobbly all of a sudden here
2) The hair has some coloring issues, the skin color overlaps, probably related to either 3) or 4)
3) You must've accidentally moved the layer that has the skin color on it.
4) Same as with 2), the hair color layer must've been moved on accident or just doesn't fill the entire area.
5) You forgot to color the bow on her shoe
Besides those, I find the entire belt area to look wobbly and unclean, the lines should be more parallel, but I can see how the artstyle of the original threw you off here.
