Have you even looked at it full scale? Pic related is a great example of the artifacts I was talking about. Original looks more 'natural', and anime/manga artists aren't machines, yet, but it has obvious issues. If you render it at poster size, say DIN A2 or bigger, at high DPI, you gonna spot all the little errors, and see pixels on top of it.
