Red = the shape doesn't look natural, or the inner part could be pushed further to the tip.
Green = consistency issue, the one that strucked me the most.
Yellow = I know it's in the original part, but I just can't figure what the shit is this thing. Some sort of 6th finger ?
Cyan = color bleeding.
Magenta = Some minor issues, I personnally don't like the shape of those points (there are others but I figured you'd fix them on your own since Derpy pointed it out too).
