Many of the tips of your hair lines are significantly thicker than the middle. The tips need to be thin, with gaining thickness as it reaches the next node. You also have some thickness issues for the top of the head, mainly where the nodes are placed. They start thin at the nodes and get fatter until the next set of nodes, where it gets thin again. It either means the distance between your nodes is not great enough, or you are not spreading the handles enough. For the square tips of the hair, use sharp nodes with independent handles instead of smooth nodes. Another issue is that you simply aren't drawing some of the lines correctly. Pay close attention when looking at lines. See where they go, and make sure you keep what should be connected, and separate what shouldn't (examples in Cyan).
The eyes are missing the outer lineart. Draw them and the pupils with the circle tool. You're missing the shadows for the upper eyefolds. The eyes are also missing shadows, and even though they aren't in the original, you should add them since it is most definitely a mistake on the artist's side. You're also missing the bottom eyelashes. Draw them as a 3 node shape, with two flat endpoints and a single node for the tip. For the eyebrows, draw them as one shape, and cut out the areas that are over the hair with a clipping mask/compound shape. For the nose, use a reverse teardrop look, since the smooth node gives you more flexibility to shape the nose. For the mouth lines, curve the tips of the lines better like they are in the original.
Anything else not mention is consistency issues.
