I also feel terribly sorry for you, because doing Madoka eyes is a major pain in the ass. T_T
Also thank god you are using proper shades. Sometimes I see a vector and it's mostly flat colors and it's kind of sad because images lose their charm when you take shades away.
So yeah, I think the coloring is pretty much perfect.
