Firstly, try to avoid rounding your points unnecessarily, one of a vector's greatest strength is to look extremely sharp and precise. The only place I'd use rounded points for the image you picked would be on the corners of the bow and maybe the fluffy parts around her wrists, the rest should all be sharp ends.
Secondly, use less nodes for your lineart. As it is, your lines look lumpy and wobbly and that's mostly caused by not having curves that are simplified enough. You want to try to lay down your nodes in pairs and keep the handles parallel to each other, that should also help avoid wobbliness.
