Red circles are errors in line connectivity and green are consistency errors.
Yellow is just wat.
Could it be that your filled color spaces have a really thin stroke that's a grey color? I don't know, but for a lot of her hair it's as if the lines have small gap lines in between them.
Also, what's with her eyes and hair? Should that be on top, or what? I'm not familiar with the orig image and I'm too lazy to find it atm.
Other than that, nice vector. Fix it and it'd probably be perfect.
That's just me though, others might find more or less faults.
