So, after spending ages on that Rainbowy Milky Holmes set-up, I realized I really didn't like it too much. FiveWallpapers/MultiPicture Live Wallpaper being shit didn't help either. I pretty much copied this off a set-up I saw browsing, and it worked out pretty well. Lightning Launcher helped a ton, thanks to being able to pin widgets, so when I scroll, only the icons scroll. The top picture loops between 23 different pictures, which is pretty nice.
