>>2256687I'm not the one who made the comment, but ordinarily, when dark outlines end up with a halo of light background around them, it looks bad and draws criticism. When making renders, anons check their work on a solid bg to get rid of that halo around the figure's outline. It's what separates a shitty 60 second wand tool job from something nice that you would use as wallpaper.
On the other hand, this image is so abysmally low-def and pixellated to begin with that I'm not even sure the halo detracts significantly from the overall appearance of the figure. And it would be tough to correct/recreate that pixellated outine procedurally, even with vectors.
