The hands are too flat, since you do not show the separation of the fingers. Use a sharp node with handles between each finger so that you can see the separation at the knuckles.
The face is fairly rough by the chin and the left side of the face. Smooth the nodes at those areas.
The handle for the microphone is drawn incorrectly. You have the black handle over the hand when it should be below it. The end of the handle is also very flat. Take advantage of the circle and rectangle tools to make the handle much smoother. The microphone itself is also fairly sloppy. Again, use the circle tool for both the metal band around it and the part under it, and edit it from there to keep it smooth.
The circles on the shirt are fairly sloppy. Again, use the circle tool for all those circles so that they stay smooth and consistent. The collar around her has a weird indent into the neck, which should be smoothed. You are also missing a fill by her right hand.
As for coloring, you need to add a good amount of saturation to all the colors. Since this is an anime screenshot, the coloring is very poor. You can use another source, such as fanart, or you can edit the saturation and brightness through the HSB scale.
