i've only used pixiv and following tons of jp artist on twitter for 2 years, and it pains me how a lot of artists that pursue aesthetics, details or just want to tell something through their arts are still overshadowed by artists that draws another gacha character with big tiddies on white background. it pains me to see these artists keep reposting their arts over and over with a new "trending" tag just to get a couple more followers while the more well known ones can get the same amount of retweets and likes these artist have on their entire account life span by just by posting their wips.
there's nothing wrong with tiddies or anything, but i wish just like music, video games, or anime people will start to appreciate and explore what the medium and artists has to offer more because for now, it really feels like everyone is just jumping on who and what is popular. they deserves more recognition.
