As for FoxyAnthro, that was a holdover on some files before the naming system; it is the name of the author on DA who contributed a lot of his work to the early archive. It's in the Readme.
If you, or anyone else, could take a look at this list of renaming unknowns to help identify them, though, that would be immensely helpful
