It didn't take me too long so I didn't really lose any time,
Basically I edited the buckle a bit in order to use it as a frame for the clock, extended it a little and made left and right sides of the "Inside frame" rectangular to incorporate fill based battery level. Though now it looks like a banner with a frame rather than a belt. The belt holes should go away, they look ugly, but since you're going to remake it from scratch that's redundant now.
Your lockscreen looks good though.
